I have an injury will I still be able to do this class?
- Yes, this class can be modified for almost all injuries. Mike has been working with clients who have had knee, back, and shoulder problems for the last 4 years.
I'm nervous that I won't be able to keep up with the class.
- Mike arranges the workouts in a way that clients of all skill level, will walk away feeling successful.
